Money poured into crypto increased in Q2

Total investment in cryptocurrencies in Q2 increased by 90% compared to Q1.

According to data from The Block Research, investment inflows into cryptocurrency and blockchain projects skyrocketed in the second quarter of this year.

“497 crypto-related investments occurred in the second quarter,” said analyst John Dantoni.

The second quarter of this year recorded a $6.2 billion inflow into the crypto industry, excluding Block.one's $9.7 billion inflow into the Bullish exchange.

The majority of deals and investment deals take place in the early and seeding stages.

Among them, crypto financial services companies and companies focused on developing digital infrastructure attract the most venture capital.
